How it works

Acorn Property Group are providing ISA investment opportunities through Simple Crowdfunding.

Open an
IFISA

If you are already registered on the Simple Crowdfunding platform as a lender, add your National
Insurance number to set up
your ISA account. You can also
quickly and easily register as a lender if you are not. Then you will be able to access property opportunities offering from 6% per annum.

Utilise Allowance

View the acorn investments on platform. Remember that you can learn more about each project in the live webinar before launch.

3.

Transfer
Funds

In addition to using your annual allowance of £20,000, you can also transfer your other ISA funds, where your money may not be working as hard, into your Simple IFISA.
