Set in the picturesque Cotswolds, Fairford Green is quickly taking shape, with both site activity and sales interest ramping up. This exciting development, nestled in the heart of the charming market town of Fairford, is generating strong demand as buyers look to secure a home in this sought-after location.

Sales & Interest

Earlier this month, we hosted an Information Day for the first phase of the scheme, The Meadows, which saw a fantastic turnout of eager homebuyers. Attendees had the exclusive opportunity to preview plans and pricing for the first seventeen homes, which are now under construction. Interest continues to grow, with our sales team actively engaging with prospective buyers.

Construction Progress

Significant progress has been made on-site, with construction well underway across multiple plots:

• Foundations are now in place for nearly all plots within Phase One.

• Plots 5-8: The base lift block and stonework are complete, with scaffolding nearing completion.

• Plots 9-11: Stonework is now in progress, bringing these homes closer to their final form.

Future Phases & Planning Updates
