Lee Bay Update - April 2024
Throughout April, progress has been made at our Lee Bay development in North Devon, with clearance and demolition work now complete.
Site Update
We are pleased to share that site clearance and required demolition works at Lee Bay are now complete. The old swimming pool has been filled in with the surplus spoil created on site and the recyclable materials from the hotel building continue to be removed off site. Construction works on the new homes are due to commence in the coming months.
Sales and Marketing
Our marketing team and creative partners have created a new brand identity for the development which takes inspiration from the unique location of the scheme and balances both the rural and coastal setting.
With a strong database demonstrating pent up demand, our sales team are starting to work with potential purchasers who have expressed an early interest in the development. We expect to start selling them off plan soon.
To aid with off plan sales and bring our vision to life, we have updated a range of computer generated images which offer a realistic depiction of the new homes. These include stunning aerial views overlooking the water and detailed close-ups showcasing the lush greenery surrounding the area.
