Lee Bay Update - December 2024
Following the recent launch of the first homes at Lee Bay for sale off-plan, we are seeing strong interest from nearly 800 registered buyers, with our sales team actively engaging potential purchasers. We’re pleased to share an update on the progress of this beautiful coastal development.
Work continues to progress on the four houses. Foundations have been installed and superstructure construction has commenced.
In line with our sustainable values, the houses are being constructed using insulated concrete formwork (ICF) building blocks.
ICF building blocks are highly sustainable, providing excellent airtightness, low U-values for energy efficiency, and are often made from recyclable materials, reducing waste and enhancing durability.
The final demolition works on the hotel are underway, and construction issue drawings for the new apartments have been issued which will allow the tendering process to commence.
The existing culvert running through the development has been excavated, forming the new open water course.
The proposed drainage system is being constructed, with the on-site treatment plant due to be installed in the coming weeks.
Preliminary sales information has been issued to our database and our first homes have now been officially launched for sale.
