St Leonards Quarter Update - October 2024
St Leonards Quarter has made significant progress, with Block D nearly sold out and a vibrant community emerging. We’re proud to have won the Residential Development award at the Exeter Property Awards for the second year. Construction is advancing, and phase two is well underway, while our Show Apartment sold within a month of opening, showcasing the development’s appeal.
Externally, plots 71 to 81 (middle row of homes) are nearly complete, with final interior works underway. Houses 78-81 (beyond the fencing) are in their final stages, with Building Control ready to sign off for occupation.
Groundworkers are nearing completion of the block-paved paths and parking bays around homes in the East Court.
Final roofing works are in progress on the homes within the Central Court, with window installation due to commence shortly.
Groundworks are also well underway for the second phase of the scheme. Substructure works are progressing on plots 104 to 114, which will form the other side of the Central Court. This will connect with phase one through a beautifully landscaped communal area.
In June, we opened a Show Apartment within Block D, which sold within the same month. Dressing the home further demonstrated the light and airy feel, high quality specification and unique Acorn design features such as ample glazing and taller-than-average ceiling heights.
At this year’s Exeter Property Awards we were pleased to be finalists in three categories: Acorn Property Group in the Developer and Sustainability categories, and St Leonards Quarter in the Residential Development category. We were thrilled to win for Residential Development for the second year in a row, highlighting that St Leonards Quarter continues to be an aspirational development in the region.
