Steve's team is growing, and one notable member making a difference is Ethan, the apprentice site manager. Ethan has pioneered a QR code system that's revolutionised access to construction drawings. Builders can now scan a QR code on-site and immediately download the corresponding drawings onto their smartphones. This clever solution saves time and reduces paper waste.

Seeing the team develop and implement such initiatives is something Steve finds deeply rewarding. As he puts it, "It's been really good to see those kind of things growing with the team." The process, the people, and their innovations - all are as significant as the final product.
