St Leonards Quarter Update - March 2024
The beginning of this year marked a significant milestone for us as we warmly welcomed the first new residents into their homes within Block D apartments and the initial row of townhouses, underscoring our commitment to creating a vibrant community. This achievement came on the heels of the successful unveiling of our four-bedroom Show House at the end of last year, which has received an overwhelmingly positive reception from visitors. Our efforts were further recognized with an award at the Exeter Property Award Show, a testament to the innovation and excellence driving our project. Take a look at some recent drone imagery:
We are pleased to share that our Exeter region were winners at this the Exeter Living Awards!
Victorious in the Property category, one the judges had the following to say: “St. Leonard’s Quarter is a pinnacle property highlight in Exeter and an exemplar for sustainable building. Proudly providing 41 affordable housing units – truly standout.”
You may recognise this view from our last update – The apartment block on the left is allocated for affordable housing and is due to be handed over to Guinness Partnerships imminently.
On the right of the image is Block D which comprises 24 one and two bedroom apartments. There are now just six of these apartments available for sale, with six moving through the sales process and 12 now occupied.
Our new Show House and first occupied townhouse are visible in the background of the above image. Infront of those, (from left to right) plots 68-70, 83, 82 and 126 are almost complete externally and are now being finished internally. Once complete, these homes along with plots 71 – 84 will for the east court.
The next homes to be externally complete will then be plots 84 – 100 which make up the central court and are a mirror image of the east court.
Running along the read boundary of the site and with far reaching rural views are the largest house style at St. Leonards Quarter are the M-types. These striking four- and five-bedroom detached houses have been cleverly built into the landscape and are now coming up to roof level.
